Your Man Friday has a secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site. This site is used to transfer your QuickBooks® file between your office and ours without having to attach the file to an email or send a CD.

This FTP site allows for "virtual accounting." Virtual accounting is having both your office and Your Man Friday able to work in the same accounting data file.

It's easy:

1. You upload your file to Your Man Friday.
2. Your Man Friday works on the file.
3. Your Man Friday then places the file back on the secure server and notifies you it's ready.
4. You then log back in and download the modified file.
